1. Acknowledge that I know how to safely handle and demonstrate the knives within the Flint & Flame (USA) LLC (formally Rhineland Cutlery) range of products. I will take all reasonable action to prevent accidental injury to myself or other persons. I accept that the knives are inherently sharp and accept the risk of handling them while demonstrating.
2. I have been shown and will adhere to Flint & Flame (USA) LLC expected booth set and product display standards.
3. I will take appropriate action to advise customers to “be careful, our knives are very sharp” at the beginning of each and every engagement.
4. I understand that it is the Corporate Policy of Flint & Flame (USA) LLC that I extend no greater discount to customers than the Recommended Show Price of 40% off retail per website.
5. I have been instructed that all customer and inventory orders are to be communicated to the Corporate office via the Distributor Portal. Any special instructions are to be clearly noted. Custom engraving orders with any type of profanity will be declined. Sales receipts will be generated with each order and my choice of authorized credit card securely held on file will be charged.
6. 6 I have been instructed to EMAIL all event requests to the Corporate office: events@flintandflameUSA.com. All events are exclusive to one Flint & Flame (USA) LLC distributor only. I understand that if I request Flint & Flame (USA) LLC to book and pay booth fees in advance an additional 10% administrative fee will be added. I will be charged for the event the day after the event closes. If a distributor wishes to book the event directly with the promotor/venue, the distributor will need to obtain prior clearance from the Corporate office to avoid double booking.
7. I understand it is good practice to not allow or permit any person under the age of 18 to handle or purchase our knives and to enquire as to the age of any person who appears to be under 25.
8. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to adhere to the promotor contract when acting as a representative of Flint & Flame (USA) LLC.
9. I have been advised not to permit or allow any person who is or appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of any substance or pattern of behavior that is considered inappropriate to handle our knives or products that could place any person including him/herself in harm’s way.
10. I understand that I am to submit a show report to Corporate office events@flintandflameUSA.com within 7 days of the close of the event.
11. I understand that I need to obtain written clearance from the Corporate office to sell or promote any Flint & Flame (USA) LLC products on any online platforms, websites, or social media.
12. I understand that I need to obtain prior Corporate office clearance if I wish to promote/display any NON- Flint & Flame (USA) LLC product on a Flint & Flame (USA) LLC booth.
13. To remain an authorized Distributor for Flint & Flame (USA) LLC I understand the minimum requirement is to place at least one order every 3 months.
14. I understand I will receive commission override on all sales placed by my customers, even if these sales are generated by Corporate office through social media, email, and text marketing. I understand that to qualify to receive the override, I must be the Distributor linked to that customer by supplying that data to head office or entering that customer’s data through the Distributor Portal.

My signature indicates that I have read and accept the terms as outlined above to be a Distributor for Flint & Flame (USA) LLC
