“Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that we christened our new knife set last night, and they were absolutely terrific! I grilled a London Broil for the occasion. You know how London Broil is supposed to be cut into thin slices. Well, I got a little carried away and was cutting slices that were paper thin! Those knives were just as smooth as silk. And the handles ergonomically fit both my wife’s hands and mine, and we are on opposite ends of the size spectrum. Tonight we put the filet knife to the test with a hunk of salmon. Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with them.”
