Flint & Flame stands behind their products with our no quibble warranty. We want every Flint & Flame customer to be a satisfied customer FOREVER.
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with your Flint & Flame product, Flint & Flame will correct the problem or replace the product.
All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by us and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
Hazard Warranty
Should you damage your Flint & Flame products through misuse or abuse, we will replace the item for half of the current retail price under our hazard warranty.
You are solely responsible for the proper and safe handling, storage, and use of Flint & Flame products.
Delivery
We will process your orders within 2 working days (stock allowing), excluding weekends and holidays. We use USPS, Fed Ex or UPS for our deliveries. We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is, however, your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We are not obligated to check or verify addresses and messages supplied by you.
Our delivery charges are the best available rates at time of purchase.
Every effort will be made to ensure your delivery is made to you on time and in perfect condition. However, risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. We are also not liable for any delays in shipments by the carrier.
Orders to Non-US Countries
Delivery prices for shipments abroad will be calculated on an individual basis.
If your delivery address is outside of the US, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the delivery country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Complaints
We endeavour to deal with complaints immediately upon receipt. All complaints will be acknowledged within 72 hours.
Our Offers
Any offers we make are designed to be used independently and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
For Bespoke and Etched Services
Any and all pre-approved product etched per your instructions are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel the order between us if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered. If this is the case, we will contact you to advise of an availability date or to offer you a substitute product.
One or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or any other reason.
If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. If you are a business or corporate purchaser you will be refunded by the way funds were received (check, credit card, bank transfer).
Goods Not for Resale or Export
Unless you are an authorized Distibutor of Flint & Flame, you represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the Site for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of any state and of the United States with respect to these products or services.
Protecting Children
Flint & Flame take special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our web sites are general audience sites. We do not sell knives to anyone under 18 years of age.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.
