The Pro Series 8″ Butchers Hatchet has the same traditional design and distinctive high impact silicone handle as our 8″ Meat Butchers Cleaver. Its key difference is a broader, 32-degree blade edge built to withstand heavier impacts when chopping through poultry bones and joints of meat.

The deep blade offers control when chopping or crushing, while the sharp point is useful for scoring meat. It also makes light work of tough root vegetables. When the job calls for a heavier-duty knife, the Butchers Hatchet is ready. It arrives with a lockable blade cover.
